LIGHT IN THE ROOM

Please insert the key-card in the electricity slot of your apartment to activate the lighting. Remember to remove the keycard to switch off the light when you leave the room.

PARASOLS IN YOUR APARTMENT

Due to the high risk of wind on our island, it is not allowed to place parasols on your balcony for safety reasons.

NON SMOKING

Smoking is prohibited inside the establishment. Smoking is only permitted outdoors on the terraces.

RESTAURANT AND BAR

In our Restaurante , you can enjoy every day our Breakfast : Buffet from 08:00 to 10:00 horas.

• If you need information regarding the presence of a food allergen on the menu or drinks, ask our staff.
• In case your Check-out will be before 7.30 am, you can order a cold breakfast, 24 hours before at Reception.

POOL

• Opening hours and pool safety rules: We kindly ask you to follow the pool safety rules on the display board exposed at the pool area.

• Sunbeds and parasols: It is not permitted to reserve sun beds and/or parasols. Our personnel will remove any items left if necessary. In case you are not able to find any sunbed available, please ask our lifeguard. She/ he will assist you.

• Pool towels: Available at the Reception.

• Towels on the balcony: Do not to hang the towels on the balcony. Please, use the terrace’s clothes line provided

• Price for changing the pool towel is 1,00 Euro.

Take care of our environment, changing the towel only when necessary.

ROOM CLEANING & LAUNDRY SERVICE

The rooms are cleaned every day between 9:00 and 14:00hrs. During this time, if you wish to set a specific time for your room to be cleaned, please inform the Reception staff.

For safety reasons we ask our guests not to stay in their apartment or stay on the terrace/balcony during the cleaning process.

The laundry bag can be found in the closet. Please, place the clothing into the provided bag and fill out the attached card, indicating your room number, the items and the type of service required. Call the Reception dialing 5300, to let them know the laundry is ready to be picked up.

CHECK OUT & WAKE UP CALL SERVICE

On the day of your departure, , we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 12.00 horas.Should you wish to arrange a late check-out, please ask the Front Desk staff. Late check out is available on request and with a cost per hour of 8,00 €. Offer subject to hotel availability. A free of charge luggage room is provided as well.
